At Grant Stone, we stand behind the quality of our footwear and offer 15-day returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original condition. Please ensure your boots are tried on a carpeted surface to avoid scuffing the leather outsoles.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your footwear is in brand-new, unworn condition with no creasing on the uppers or scratches on the outsoles.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items back in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided to drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items to ensure they meet our quality standards, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
